Terms & Conditions

• If you place your order before noon (EST), the shipment goes out the same day.
• Minimum order: one case.

• Visa, MasterCard
• Money orders or certified checks.
• COD
• 30 days net (with approved credit)

• We pay for regular ground freight for orders of $100.00 dollars or more
• For emergencies, orders can be sent via UPS, FedEx, or DHL using third day , second day, or next day service. In these instances, all freight charges will be added to the invoice at cost.

• All sales are final
• Claims must be filed with us before the end of the 3^rd business day after delivery - Fax: 678-406-9222.

• If any damage is visible upon delivery, the consignee must immediately notify the driver and write on the delivery receipt: "Damaged goods, held for further inspection"
• If no damage is visible and the driver does not allow time for inspection inside the cases, write on the delivery receipt: "Goods held for inspection for concealed damage".
• Most shipping companies' insurance/claims department request that the full shipment be put aside for their assessment. The use of any part of it without their approval can forfeit all rights for a claim.

• A discount applies if you meet our basic distributorship standards.
• Ground freight is free of charge East of the Mississippi for orders of 50 cases or more (except NY city).
• Ground freight is free of charge West of the Mississippi and to New York City for orders of 55 cases or more.
• We will consider favorable conditions on your first order.
• You will be provided with literature and a sample program.
• We share our knowledge and experience of the market with you.
